We Ship Free - On Orders Over $99!

Your order ships for free when you spend over $99 on an order with Independent Iron. All orders under $99 will ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

“Free Shipping” is typically sent via FedEx ground service and is available only to the U.S. 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO which incur extra cost).

Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout.

Delivery times may vary on all shipments. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Most orders are processed within the same business day the order is placed.

We Ship Fast

We use several different shipment carriers, delivery methods and work closely with the brands we carry to ensure that your package gets to you exactly when you need it. Overnight, 2nd day, or 3-day priority shipping is available at checkout and cost is based on the weight, size & destination of your package.

All orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 10:30 am (Pacific Time Zone) to ensure they are processed same day.

We do not offer air shipping (overseas or domestic) for liquid items such as oils, waxes, aerosols, antifreeze and batteries. Such items can only be shipped via ground services within the U.S. 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO)

We Ship Worldwide

Do you live outside of the United States and want to order from us? No problem! We specialize in International Shipping, offering the lowest shipping rates available with fast and friendly service. At checkout, you will enter your international shipping address (if you have an account with us this information will be saved) and we’ll calculate shipping costs on the spot. It’s that simple!

  • Prices are shown in US dollars.
  • We do not ship any liquid items internationally (i.e. oils, waxes, aerosols, antifreeze and batteries) due to air regulations.
  • International customers are solely responsible for any additional import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery.
  • May require an additional 3-5 business days to process your international order. In the case of a rush order, feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate.

Shipment Notification

Once your order ships we'll send you a Shipping Notification email, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website. You will also be able to track your shipment by accessing your Independent Iron account.

Shipping Exclusions

Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box as your shipping address, one of our customer service associates will contact you for a complete street shipping address.

Shipping Shortages

If you receive an order and there is an item that is shown on the packing slip but not in the shipping box, that shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving that shipment to qualify for investigation.


We do our best to avoid backorders. Instead, when a product is out of stock you will have a chance to give us your email right there on the product page so we can give you a heads up when it’s available. On the off chance that we are accepting backorders for a particular product it will be clearly identified.

If you live in or are visiting the Southern California area, feel free to swing by our headquarters and pick up your order. Best of all, it’s free!


How long will it take for your package to arrive? Well, that depends on the availability of the items you order. If you reside within the United States, please allow 3 to 5 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for your items to be delivered.

Damaged Goods

If any of your items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service. Damage claims are handled by the specific shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, Etc.) but we will be there to help you out during the claims process as best we can.
